What is the Big School Makeover?
In a nutshell it’s a programme that builds on the BCSE’s pioneering work delivering school makeover projects. In June 2008, live coverage of our school makeover project at Southfields School http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQGZF7-H0tA on BBC Breakfast motivated loads of schools and local authorities across the country to contact us and do their own projects. Early in 2009, Ty Goddard and Ian Fordham dreamed up the Big School Makeover to take this fantastic idea to a whole new level, with schools and our members.
